品香靜心…鬆開固著意識,提升生命品質 To meditate with incense is to loosen up our stereotypes and enhance the quality of our life.

當一個人病了,才知道健康與快樂遠比財富權力來得重要!
Only when one falls ill can he truly realize the fact that health and happiness outweigh wealth and power! 
但是,人為何會生病?But, why do we fall ill?

 根據量子力學的研究,一旦我們的意識〈也就是頭腦的想法〉「生病」了,身體就會產生疾病。例如:失去至愛的親友、背負沉重的壓力、長期失業、競爭性思維、恐懼未知……等,都讓我們對生命感到絕望,思想變得偏激、內心充滿仇恨、怨懟、憤怒、沮喪。負面的想法和情緒所產生的能量,就會讓身體的細胞DNA朝向這樣的方向去執行程式,因此就破壞了身體健康,產生疾病。
According to the research on quantum mechanics, once we consciously feel sick, our body will really get sick. In fact, when we lose our significant others, feel overloaded with pressure, suffer from long-time unemployment, competitiveness, or unknown fear, we tend to feel despaired, become extreme, be filled with hatred or grudge, or feel upset or depressed. Such negative thoughts or emotions can result in negative energy and subsequently lead to our DNA to go wrong, and thus we get sick.
重生的契機就在我們願意負起責任,改變想法,整合情感,找回內在的慈悲和喜悅。因此,自我覺察、拉高視野與提升情感品質,是維持身心健康的重要方法。
The opportunity of rebirth lies in our willingness to take our responsibility, change our thoughts or emotions, and retrieve our inner compassion and rejoice. Consequently, if we want to be physically and mentally healthy, we have to be aware, to see things on a higher angle, and to manage our emotions well.
 天然藥香的穩定能量,能帶來專注、喜悅和寧靜;透過靜心,大腦呈現的α波更能達到放鬆、平靜、幸福。有趣的是,α腦波是人類大腦先天所具有的,是大腦的基本狀態之一;但現代生活的緊張焦慮,卻讓我們忘記讓大腦處於α波的狀態,因而降低免疫力,成為疾病的犧牲品。
The stable energy of natural medicinal incense can bring us concentration, joy, and serenity. Through meditation, the αbrain waves make us feel relaxed, peaceful, and blessed. Interestingly, it should be our inborn status; however, the modern life style makes us feel nervous and stressful, so much so that our αbrain waves cannot remain, which gives rise to the decrease of our immunity and the following diseases.

 品香靜心時,身體會放鬆下來,紛亂的思緒也會逐漸沉澱,很快就可以看見自己的處事模式。很多人都有這樣的經驗,就是當我們願意放下執著時,伴隨而來的輕鬆自在,也會改善身體的某些症狀,甚至不藥而癒。因此,在修行上,就會有一句智慧的語言,稱為「自縛自解脫」!

As we meditate with incense, we can wind down physically and our disturbing thoughts can calm down gradually, and then we can hopefully detect the way we do things. Actually, many people have such experiences. When we are willing to let go of our obsessions, we immediately feel relaxed and free and we can feel better physically or even recover from our discomfort. Therefore, as a golden saying goes, “The one who ties himself has to liberate himself.”
 我們用正向思維陪伴、支持、鼓勵自己?或以負面想法批判、摧毀、傷害自己?「意識」決定了生命樣貌;藉由品香靜心,我們可以將心帶到更好的居所,畢竟我們才是自己生命的主人!
Do we accompany, support, and encourage ourselves in a positive way? Or, do we often criticize, destroy, and harm ourselves in a negative way? Our consciousness decides the way we live. By meditating with incense, we can rest our mind even better and really be our own masters!
